Last month we rooted ourselves securely & safely into the Earth through the Muladhara (Root Chakra). Now, our journey rises into the flowing waters of the Sacral Chakra, Svādhiṣṭhāna.

Located just below the navel, the sacral chakra is the center of creativity, sensuality & emotional flow. It is the energy of movement, desire & connection, where our passion meets imagination.
