Refunds & Cancelations
Full payment is collected to reserve appointments. Chakra clients may cancel their service up to 24 hours prior to their appointment time for a full refund. If a client cancels with less than 24-hours notice, they may receive a 50% refund of their service cost at the discretion of Chakra. No-shows (less than 2 hours notice) will be charged the full-service price.
