In this somatic movement session, we’ll slow down and gently explore intuitive, guided movement designed to help you release stored tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself through breath and simple floor-based movements.
So many of us live from the neck up, thinking, planning, reacting. Somatic movement invites you back into your body in a way that feels safe, supported, and deeply grounding.

Breathwork to regulate and reset your nervous system
