The Plight of the Hummingbird Sound Bath with Aria Thomé
Monday, May 26th from 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. | Total Participants: 10
There is an ancient Peruvian legend of a forest ablaze and a tiny hummingbird flying toward the flames with only a single drop of water in its beak. The other animals, fleeing in fear, laughed and said, “What do you think you can do?” The hummingbird replied simply, “I’m doing my part.”
This soundbath is inspired by that powerful story—an invitation to remember that even the smallest actions matter. In a world that can feel overwhelming, we gather to reconnect with our inner hummingbird spirit: resilient, purposeful, and full of quiet courage.
Through the healing waves of Himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes, flutes, and other sacred shamanic instruments, you’ll be guided inward to explore what your part might be in this vast and seemingly burning world. You may find inspiration, release grief, reignite your passion, or simply rest in the knowing that your presence matters.
Let this be a time to honor your heart, your path, and your power—no matter how big or small it may seem.
